📦 Returns

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to send items back.
• Item Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• How to Return: All returns must be sent by mail.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Contact us by email at contact@harper-heights.com so we can help with the exchange.

💳 Refunds

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds are sent to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
